These Regulations may be cited as the Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Section 25(6)) Regulations, 1998.<\/p>\n<p>2. The Minister for Finance and the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 25(6) of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (No. 13 of 1997).<\/p>\n<div align=\"right\">\n<p>GIVEN under my Official Seal,<\/p>\n<p>this 22nd day of December, 1998.<\/p>\n<p>L.S.
